A Netflix original series about what the world would be if the animal kingdom started an uprising. The plot is new and different, it is fun and intriguing. At first when I read the description I had hoped it was like a twist on the classic zombie series format. But I was slightly wrong, this series is more like the start of an zombie like series. It is how it all started. The series is progressing fast and is almost over at the end of the first season. Every time something good happen for the characters in the series it is followed by something even worse.
Well the plot goes as followed, animals is organising and starting to kill the humans. A group of humans have been chosen to try and save the world from the animal uprising. A few episodes in it turns out that it is the humans that have caused the evolution in the animals and the team is going to reverse it.
I am no biologist but I am pretty sure that the science is at some points a bit loose but at other times it seems like they have done great research. It also seems like that even though animals is organising all over the world and trying to exterminate the human race, the humans do not really take the problem serious enough. The series should have more apocalypse/ Planet of the apes over it if you want my opinion.
I will give the series three stars because it have a lot of potential and is kind of innovative. I hope season two becomes more extreme.
