True Memoirs of an International Assassin - Movie Review

November 11th Netflix released the movie "True Memoirs of an International Assassin" starring Kevin James as the main character. The movie is about the faction writer Sam Larson (Kevin James) who writes a action novel. His life is boring, plane and sometimes quite awkward until he finishes his novel which turns his life upside down, forcing him to turn into his fictional alter-ego. An action movie is not what someone would usually picture Kevin James in, but because of the whole writer aspect of it. Kevin James is a great actor to play slightly awkward characters and in this movie he shows some possibilities in playing an action hero.

The movie is fun, a bit new and innovative, it is a great movie for a relaxing fun afternoon and for it's category it is in top. The storyline and plot is fun and well made and it is action filled without overdoing it. I would give the movie 4 out of 5 stars compared to it's category but compared to the top list of movies it would be bumped down to a 3 out of 5 stars. The movie have lots of good aspects, so I will recommend it.
