Quidditch game idea

I remember when I was little there was this Quidditch game for all the consoles and it was quite good in my opinion. Quidditch is a fantastic game but there is still no way to play it in the real muggle world. Like how hard can it be to create hovering brooms and sentient balls. So I thought, what about we have a competitive Quidditch game in Esport. So here is what I thought of:
First, think of the game Rocket League, it already got some of the mechanics, now the cars should just be brooms and be able to move in three dimensions instead of two. The teams will consist of seven players; three chasers, two beaters, a keeper and a seeker. The chasers and the keeper are the only ones who can carry and play with the quaffle; throwing it around to each other and try to score goals and the keeper will defend the goals. If you choose to be a beater all you have to do is fly around and bashing the bludgers against all the opponents. And lastly if you choose to play a seeker for your team, all you have to do is catch the Golden Snitch before the enemy but of course be aware if you going to win or lose.
Second, there should be a variety of brooms with different combination of stats between speed, maneuverability and acceleration. Then there is also the player equipment, do the player want a heavy padding, making it less dangerous to be hit by a bludger or do the player want aerodynamic padding giving better speed or maybe a combination. And lastly the player should be able to equip a set of tricks; like doing a 180 turn, make a jump from you broom to avoid collision, barrel rolls, corkscrews, a five meter drop or many other aerial tricks. I imagine equipping between two and four tricks to use at any moment in the game.
Third, there is the money pit of customizing your equipment with team colours, flags and all the other things. Maybe it is even possible to customizing your character's appearance.
Lastly there is the special conditions and finer details of the game. Like when getting hit by a bludger, you of course can not get removed from the game, that would not be fun. The players should have a certain amount of HP and every time you get hit of fly into something you lose HP. Then when hitting zero you get stunned for a short period of time and for every time you get stunned it last a bit longer than last time. There could also be implemented weather conditions, like rain, snow or strong wind making it a little harder to play. You could maybe counter the rain by equipping goggles but it should then also decrease your sight, like goggle animation on the side of the screen to simulate that you are wearing them. I imagine that the keeper will probably be the least played role and should be award with extra map vision, that way they can easily double as team leader.
